Adriana Moreno-Zarate is an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. She holds several certifications from different schools and traditions of Yoga as well as a
certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher. She holds certifications on Restorative and Yoga Nidra as well as Reiki . She integrates mindfulness into her yoga classes which are vigorous, yet profoundly restful, safe and exceptionally restorative. Further, Adriana is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher from the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine at the University of Massachusetts. She has also been trained to offer Trauma-informed Mindfulness.
She studies and researches the effectiveness of Mindfulness practices as tools to disengage from automatic addictive behaviors. She is particularly interested in mindful eating and guides her students to recreate a healthier relationship with food using mindfulness.
